Would rate a 0 if I could the office staff specifically the lady with the colored hair in the front desk is so rude and acts like she doesn’t know what’s she’s doing nor acts like she likes her job I call 24 hours in advance and nobody answers the phone now you try and charge me 150 dollars because I actually listened and canceled on time ? I hope your business goes under honestly the worst medical office I’ve had to deal with trying to takw your money because there too lazy to do there job ehat a joke
Couldn't find you on my spot appointment.
First visit went well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I suffer from confusion (post-concussion stuff) so I appreciate when people are helpful. The doc Khalid Shahram has excellent listening skills and I have full confidence in his assessment and plan to move forward.
Dr. listen to my concerns. He gave me new inputs that no other Dr. had up to date. I look forward to proceeded with his recommendations.
