Incredibly unprofessional department, never available to answer calls. I have to constantly leave a message for them to maybe get back to me in 24 hours. Outrageous for a medical provider specialized in treating children with neurological problems.
Worst experience and VERY unprofessional. We were suppose to have an appointment there with a certain Doctor on a certain date. NEVER received a call to tell me that the doctor i had made the appointment with was no longer there and that my child was moved with another doctor. I made this appointment months in advance. I had paperwork from my child pediatrics faxed over and everything 1 month prior and never received a phone call to say that our appointment needed to be cancelled or changed.
