The appointment provided a relaxed and unhurried environment. Dr. Stephenson attentively reviewed my symptoms, thoroughly explained the planned treatment for my tension headaches, and clearly outlined expected outcomes.
They NEVER answer their phones and do not return voicemails. I’ve tried for over a month. It’s so frustrating.
Love Dr Stephenson and saw her years ago for my migraines until I got married and moved a bit further away. I am Unfortunately forced to search for a different provider after taking my Mom here to make herself an appointment as she suffers with beginning Parkinson’s and she had a very unfavorable experience with the nurse assistant or student nurse there. Dr. Stephenson and her staff are truly wonderful to work with. I have narcolepsy and chronic migraines, and it's difficult to find a neurologist who will work with both, but Dr. Stephenson has been so helpful with the migraines in particular. She gave me samples of multiple medications to try and also informed me of a newer treatment that I wasn't aware of in case none of them worked..
