Dr South and his team are absolutely amazing with my father. Jessica is so caring and thorough as well as genuinely kind and patient. I appreciate this team of amazing people who really care for their patients. I’m not often impressed by people nor their personality but I absolutely believe God hand picked each one of them to do what they do!
How does a Dr. who tells you to call him Ron or Dr. Ron because you are friends and a long-time patient suddenly drop that patient after a short visit with Brandi Hyde? A visit recommended by another MD. He was not even in the office according to the staff the day before. She is rude. She does not listen. She seems to forget the whole "First do no harm." Not the doctor itself is rude but his staff.. they all act uneducated, rude....
The nurse and office personnel are inconsiderate and rude. The nurse will not call you back with results as promised. Office ask you to come in 30 min. early and they are closed for lunch till 1 and the take there sweet time opening back up and than you find out they doubled booked for same time. Than she cancels appointment and in a discourteous and rude way. The star is for Doctor only. Need to fire all office and nursing staff. There are other good Doctors and staff out there .
