Disappointed new patient. Dr. Ranadive appears to be a caring physician who wants to help his patients; however it appears to be just lip service. He over promises/commits himself by saying what he is going to do for you and then does not deliver. Also, I’ve seen reviews regarding patients leaving messages and then never hearing back from the practice. This has also been my experience. I have had MS for over 7 years. I've been in the care of THREE NUEROLOGIST. I am very pleased and glad to have been squeezed into the schedule after my previous Dr. disappeared. Sincerely hoping she's ok. From my initial appointment, things were efficient, the team members were pleasant. I look forward to THIS union
Good doctor but you need to let the old white lady go/ very rude and obviously don't want to work there /she not use to Good people.Her face says it all .rude
Dr. Ranadive himself is an amazing and caring doctor, actually one of the kindest doctors Ive ever come across. However working with the team and fellow doctors there has been a nightmare. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and its been challenging to get adequate care. I was told that I would get at home infusion treatment and each cycle I have to physically go into the office, despite not being able to walk well, just to get someone to fax over information to help me. This facility have the worse customer service and practices. It’s been a month try to get them send order form for my MRI. I’m a new mom with back pain complications and they have neglected my medical issues and acting this is their norm.
