Steve Napier My Father is bed ridden and we came in with a transport from VA. The lobby was clean and the receptionist were very professional and very nice. However when we went to the assessment room and spoke with the nurse everything turned bad. She was under the impression that we were there for a urinary tract infection which was apparently written down in the computer wrong however it also said that we were there as a new patient. My visit to this office was thorough and far beyond what I had expected. Dr. Arnold is forward thinking about the health of his patients. He takes the time to respond within 24 hours to results. Visited the clinic for an illness. They took my insurance information and co-pay, and then billed my insurance company 3 times their clearly posted prices. After the insurance company paid their adjusted rates, I received a bill in the mail for the balance, which was $34 more than if I had paid cash on the day of the visit. They also administered the same Flu test twice due to their own error, and billed 3 times for each. Beware of this unethical and borderline fraudulent practice. Dr. Boecker is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He is very professional & caring about all of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Boecker . I've had many doctors in the past & have never had such a caring doctor... also the staff gets a huge thumbs up as well.

Do not deserve the one star, would not let me continue without. Arrived at 11:00 a.m. and found door locked with note they are closing at 12 with only 1 doctor. Not what internet net said or still saying. 4:00? No wonder you are rated 2 and ahalf Stars overall!
