EXTREMELY RUDE PRACTICE MANAGER!! I see the reviews about the staff being rude and now I know why, because the practice manager herself is rude! I work for a doctors office that has referred many patients over the years and when my own child needed a neurologist I thought about Dr Alvarez as I had sent many patients to her as well and worked hand in hand with this Practice Manager. While Dr. Vu was great and my appointments went well with him. The front desk gal (and I wish I knew her name) was so rude on every single call. I was pleasant and just needed a copy of my health care record sent to my PCP and I had a question and she hung up. I called back said "Ma'am, someone hung up on me and I had a question" and she rudely stated "Ok..so what's your question?"
