Dr. Kachroo is a really good neurologist. The office staff is really kind and go above and beyond.
Worst neurologist I have ever seen canceled my appointment because I was using the bathroom. Called off of work just for this wasted all my time.

Absolutely insane receptionist !!! They accept my insurance but won’t see me because I was in a car accident ? I’m so confused and I think the lady answering the phone needs to be trained correctly
Just went here last week for the first time and was very happy with my experience. Absolutely loved Dr Buckingham, she was very friendly and truly listened to me and understood. She was very knowledgeable and really helped me to understand my diagnosis and get me the help I needed. She even had another doctor come in for a 2nd opinion. I really felt like I was in good hands there. The office staff was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again in the future if needed.
