Absolutely insane receptionist !!! They accept my insurance but won’t see me because I was in a car accident ? I’m so confused and I think the lady answering the phone needs to be trained correctly
Just went here last week for the first time and was very happy with my experience. Absolutely loved Dr Buckingham, she was very friendly and truly listened to me and understood. She was very knowledgeable and really helped me to understand my diagnosis and get me the help I needed. She even had another doctor come in for a 2nd opinion. I really felt like I was in good hands there. The office staff was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again in the future if needed.
I am pleased with Dr. Keller as my Neurologist. However, the front office staff is awful. They present as not interested in doing their job-telling me to call back another day when I am asking for medication! Their phone etiquette is often rude and clipped. I only call when I am in need and if I can’t get help then this probably isn’t the office for me. Great doctors need a great support staff, not the current office staff who are answering the phones when I call and apparently interrupting their day.
First of all, it speaks volumes that they ONLY reply to positive reviews and just duck and hide from the negative ones so I know they won't reply to this. I made an appt 2 months ago for something that I desperately need help with to come find out on the day of my appointment that they don't treat my issue. When had they taken the time to talk to me instead of just telling me to go f myself and go somewhere else, they would have found out that I need a brain scan to help diagnose my problem. Dr Buckingham is awesome and she’s truly been a help to me in this time. I would definitely recommend her to everyone in need of a neurologist
