Excellent care
I have been a patient of this practice for more then 10 years. Dr Orowitz . Was the best. Dr Kachoo is outstanding. But the practice manager is rude, uncaring and on a power trip. My dear friend who I referred to this practice was not happy with Dr. Thomas. She asked me to reach out and see if I can get her to see Dr. KACHOO. The practice manager intercepted my message and refused to help her. In addition Dr. THOMAS Dischaged her from the practice. This is what happens when a practice manager is not called to task. Don’t even bother trying to make an appointment if you’ve EVER been in a car accident. They want a letter from my car insurance saying it’s closed. I DON’T EVEN HAVE THAT INSURANCE ANYMORE!
