Today while my husband was getting a EEG I went the receptionist (at the mri & crscan desk) area I saw she busy so I stood there and waited I had a question about my husband care. She clearly saw me and after was finished typing instead helping me she looked at me started playing on phone on Facebook no less. I walked out. The Doctors are not problem the rude receptionist are. This why people going to certain doctors.

Dr. Iqbal is not the problem, his staff are. Very Rude!
