Would be 5/5 stars if FWHA didn’t employ unprofessional and condescending office staff
My 9 month old received several tests while in the Emergency Room at Mary Washington Hospital. One of the tests came back two days later showing he had an infection that would need to be treated with antibiotics. The results came back on a Saturday and the hospital waited until the following THURSDAY to call and tell me my 9 month old son would need antibiotics to treat the infection. This is wildly irresponsible, lazy and unacceptable. MWH, you can do better. Parents, be warned. Take your children elsewhere to an ER that ca... read more

Spine and Rehabilitation Center: The front desk staff completely lacks professionalism, care and should not be permitted to address patients dealing with severe pain. I came in 15 minutes, completely my fault, respectfully apologized. The manner in which I was spoken to was was completely uncalled for. Severe back pain causes lack of motion, mobility, sleep, ability to drive, and at times even walk. They charge you copays through your insurance even after you paid the copay during discharging from the ER. Even after you have been calling their billing department to have it reviewed and disputed they still send your bill to collections after they tell you multiple times they are going to review the dispute but never do. Don’t go to this hospital if your life depended on it. Go to Spotsylvania Regional or Stafford Regional. Mary Washington is full of crooks.
