They have been so kind, and so helpful with me and my problem. They treat me like a person who has feelings, and they acknowledge that my pain is real. I wish there were a way to show how much their kindness means to me. I spent years with military healthcare and they were less than subpar. RecommendedJust had a successful robot-assisted total knee replacement. Very professional staff...from the receptionist at the registration desk to the security guard to the food workers to the physical therapist to the nurses ( LPNs, RNs) and their assistants to the doctors. My thanks to them all!!!

My husband had surgery on his neck. The PACU nurse was extremely rude. It took them 5 hours to get him in his room. I was not kept informed as to why it was taking so long. I had to keep calling to find out what the hold up was. I was told the hospital was full then they had to clean the room. It was a circus. The surgical waiting room receptionist left at her time and nobody relieved her. We were told here is a phone and the number to call and check on our loved ones.
