This location provides the absolute best care, service and outstanding providers. The MD's are kind and generous with their time. The staff treat all patients with respect and even remember our names! This office cheers me up even on a rough day.
Very Rude and Unfriendly staff, Doctor was brusque and had a very busy and chaotic office. They want you in and out of there as fast as possible.
Neurology Associates does not try to accommodate the needs of their patients. My sister has been a patient there for many years. She is severely disabled and requires a lot of medication. Whenever her prescription needs to be authorized for a refill, I ALWAYS have a problem. It takes the doctor and his staff numerous days to respond to the pharmacy and when I have to call, I get treated rudely (put on hold for a long period of time, told it is the pharmacy's fault, etc...)
