Disrespectful office staff.
I received a call from a very pretentious and rude lady who, with condescending tone, said that I missed an appointment in 2021 so they could not take my referral in 2025. It’s sad that doctors allow untrained ignorant admins with no customer service skills to ruin their reputation and business. It’s clear this person has been unchecked and allowed to roam free with her terrible demeanor. After seeing the other reviews I’m thankful I missed that appointment in 2021… dodged one.
Dr. Mayville has been amazing! She really cares and I honestly feel like my medical needs are being fully met!
