I went here with an awful migraine. I could barely walk or speak because I have a rare form of migraines. The female neurologist asked me if I was faking and who else I knew who had migraines like those. She said keep taking your medication and never followed up. I had to drive to Atlanta only being able to see out of one eye and use one side of my body because she literally asked if I was lying. I told her I had been diagnosed with this form of migraines. AWFUL!!!! AWFUL RACIST!!!!
The receptionist (Tamika) was very rude to my mother. We understood only one person could go back with a patient but she used a harsh and rude tone to tell her that. My Mom tried to explain that she needed assistance as well which is why she wanted someone else to go back with her with my grandmother. She proceeded to state well then my Mom will need to see some type of specialist if she needs help too. I was very appalled at the blatant disrespect. I visited this office to bring my grandmother to see the doctor and the receptionist Tamika was so rude. I don’t see how an establishment allows such a rude person to handle the public. For this reason, I do not want to bring my grandmother back and I definitely don’t recommend.
First of all business owner needs to take 5 mins to update their new location online! They are no longer on mulberry street! Why do I as a client care more about posting your new location than you do??? Secondly- I have called the number for NeW Location for past 2 months.. phone service either goes to voicemail with NO Call BACK or simply does not work!
