I had to do at least one star to post this review. I made arrangements in advance to pick up my medical records. I spoke with Medical Records on both Wednesday and Thursday of the previous week and confirmed that I would be picking them up on Monday or Tuesday. When I arrived at the Pine Street location, the front desk employee was finishing work on her computer. She did not make eye contact and simply asked how she could help me. The front office, specifically Tamaka, is not the person you should have for patients to see when they first walk in! She isn't friendly at all and left a very bad impression. This isn't the first time. My first visit she was the same way! Dr. Hong was Great and the person doing my MRI was nice.
I have been a Patient with Neurology Associates for over a year and have never had an issue at all. My doctor recently retired and I was assigned to Dr. William Roche. I am 72 years old and have seen many doctors . By far, I have never seen a doctor that was so attentive to my medical issues as Dr . Roche was. He listened to my issues and never once interrupted me. Dr Quan Hong was great & really listened even beyond what I was trying to describe. He was very thorough at helping me with my issues. Didn't rush me through the appointment. Staff are friendly and patient.
First of all business owner needs to take 5 mins to update their new location online! They are no longer on mulberry street! Why do I as a client care more about posting your new location than you do??? Secondly- I have called the number for NeW Location for past 2 months.. phone service either goes to voicemail with NO Call BACK or simply does not work!
