They helped me out
Couldn't recommend this practice less. Scheduling is horrible, and I was sent to the wrong location. Of course, I got there 30 minutes early, but the receptionist kept me waiting or 40 minutes, only to tell me that I had to go to the other office. In the end, the other office wouldn't see me, and tried to reschedule me for 2 months later. I guess me and my brain injury can go kick rocks.
Dr.Christopher Stoebe is awesome.
My doctor has been a great help but, regarding this particular practice location, it used to be okay. Recently, it's as if this place just shut down. My prescription was running low, my pharmacy reached out for the refill and was met with no response multiple times, I called directly multiple times within business hours and never got a response. I left voicemail without a response. I've now run out of medication and will attempt to reach out to my PCP and my pharmacy for hopefully an emergency dosage due to the ineptitude of... read more
