Kat deng is no longer there, new replacement is unprofessional. Refused to respond as to why I was never allowed to be seen again. Missed one appointment and black listed. Unprofessional, life happens! Good luck with that woman. Found a better DR. And ultimately grateful. Lol !
Had an appointment scheduled for today at 930am. First timer. Referred here by my primary care for what they think may be restless leg syndrome. I received a confirmation call the day before. Upon arrival 15 mins before my scheduled 930am appointment. The person at the desk said they had to reschedule as I was suppose to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. Andrew is the best physical therapist ever.
I wish there was somewhere else to go. Took over two months to get my sleep study. First they tried to collect money and say that I have a copay which I don't. Second they tried to say I have a deductible which I don't as well. I didn't know it was my responsibility to call to get my results. You think that a medical business's primary responsibility is to help people and get them their results for services you have provided.
