This place is trash. They took weeks to get results from tests done in office. I went to an appointment to discuss my results, but was informed they didn't have them, so I wasted time and copay for no information. When looking at my diagnosis in the patient portal, it says I have epilepsy based on one of my eeg, the office doesn't understand where I am getting the information, even though it is clearly in the portal as a diagnosis from the eeg. this place is the worst. they try and get money from you anyway they can. they charged me for an office visit just to send me somewhere else. they literally did nothing. probably the worst experience ive ever had with a doctors office
Natalie the receptionist was very rude and not helpful when I needed assistance. I have been going here for over a year due to migraine issue and I have never received such terrible service. It seems like they just want to get rid of you as soon as possible. Save yourself time and go somewhere with better service and more competent employees.
Do yourself a favor save yourself some time and do not go here. I did everything These doctors asked me to do I did 2 rounds of botox did not work. I said I wanted to continue just with my migraine medication. They said fine. I told them I cannot come here once every 3 months for a refill and they are not willing to work with me at all. What is the point of having doctors that do not work with their patients when their lives are changing? I live in Chandler so to go all the way to Mesa.
