I wish there was somewhere else to go. Took over two months to get my sleep study. First they tried to collect money and say that I have a copay which I don't. Second they tried to say I have a deductible which I don't as well. I didn't know it was my responsibility to call to get my results. You think that a medical business's primary responsibility is to help people and get them their results for services you have provided. Great service. Always prompt and quick with my appts. Dr. Kat is amazing.. I love the quick in and out botox appts. I've been coming for 5 years now with no issues.
My husband was referred to go here by his orthopedic doctor to get a test done. They told us they would call in 24-48 hours. So we waited almost a week and they never called. So my husband called but it went to voicemail so he left a message and again we waited. We decided to find another neurologist who got him in within 2 days. So as of today he’s already got the test done with another doctor while neurology and sleep medicine has yet to return a call. Absolutely ridiculous! This place is trash. They took weeks to get results from tests done in office. I went to an appointment to discuss my results, but was informed they didn't have them, so I wasted time and copay for no information. When looking at my diagnosis in the patient portal, it says I have epilepsy based on one of my eeg, the office doesn't understand where I am getting the information, even though it is clearly in the portal as a diagnosis from the eeg.
