Dr Wong doesn't meet patients anymore and it's a shame because he's brilliant in his field, top notch! His office staff is horrible both in person and on the phone. I mean they even once called to cancel an appointment on me but left the voicemail on someone else's number. I showed up after taking off work and went in circles with them. Dr Kat Deng did a great job with Dr Wongs patients and was why I stayed. She's gone now and I met her replacement once. I needed a medication refill. Kat deng is no longer there, new replacement is unprofessional. Refused to respond as to why I was never allowed to be seen again. Missed one appointment and black listed. Unprofessional, life happens! Good luck with that woman. Found a better DR. And ultimately grateful. Lol !
Had an appointment scheduled for today at 930am. First timer. Referred here by my primary care for what they think may be restless leg syndrome. I received a confirmation call the day before. Upon arrival 15 mins before my scheduled 930am appointment. The person at the desk said they had to reschedule as I was suppose to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment.
