Terrible experience. They canceled my appointment and didn’t notify me until I arrived 15 minutes before it started. Certainly will not be rescheduling!
I didn’t know what to expect when I was referred to this clinic for pain management, but the staff very quickly made me feel comfortable. You see the same faces here, day in and day out, always there and ready to help you feel your best. Even the front desk girls are lovely. Thank you all❤️
I just wanted to share an excellent experience those that can relate to being an in high levels of pain and then having to get treatment can understand how important it is to be greeted with Care and assisted with Care.ss well. I just want to give kudos from the front staff and everyone that assisted me on my first visit and what a blessing to be treated as a patient and not just a number. thank you Morrisville office.
They are very nice and compassionate. I switched here after having several bad experiences over the years with other doctors and I have always been treated kindly. I have RA and doing anything is very difficult on my body. They listen and don't treat you like a drug addict.
I visited this neurology office throughout 2023 after I started having seizures in late 2022. Dr. Dave was never an empathetic ear for me during my visits with him and he would rarely talk to me for even 5 minutes during my appointments, consistently interrupting me throughout. During my 2nd visit last April, he requested that a nurse draw my blood. This nurse, and the entirety of his nursing and admin staff, was very kind and made me feel heard during all of my visits.
