They are not attending calls, even don’t reply voice messages and emails. Not expecting from neurologist clinic, my previous doctor always responds me immediately with patience and explain everything even I asked as so many times. Unfortunately, he is moved and shifted me this clinic. Please understand the patient point of views and get back with them.

The biggest obstacle to seeing the neurologist may be getting through the front desk. A detailed email went unanswered for a week. When I finally called, the receptionist immediately found it, but it appeared easier to have me resend the information (“for the doctor to review”) than to read what had already been provided and sort out the scheduling basics first. Before asking people to do more legwork, it would be helpful to first establish whether the doctor is even accepting new patients.

Excellent experience getting acupuncture/acupressure with Kayla at Neurologik. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and thoughtful in her work.

I've being seeing Ryan for about 3 years or so, and he is a phenomenal physiotherapist whose knowledge of bodily movement and the interaction therein is second-to-none. I can run without pain and that is because of his guidance and the structured recovery plan he made for me.
