Dr.. Viraf Cooper is not only the top notch neurosurgeon ever to exist in the Rio Grande Valley but the most compassionate Christian caring Dr with the best ever bedside manners, I love Dr. Viraf and will follow him anywhere he goes cause I don't want no other neurosurgeon to touch me surgically wise.
