They kept my mom and I updated every step of the way as well. Special shout out to the nurses in CVICU Nell & Anthony as well as Avery on the 5th floor. The male security guard on duty at the front door last night at 10pm needs to go to sensitivity classes for the mentally ill and injured. He went on and on about my son being a BURN victim about face covering when his face was clearly burned and proceeded to be insensitive and harass my son who was clearly in pain. Kept picking on him and telling him to be quiet in the ER. You sir, need to take a class or two about how to deal with people that come into your ER. You have no business working with people. THEY DENY MEDICAL ASSITANCE IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE, THEY THEN SEND BILLS WHEN YOU REQUEST FINANCIAL HELP THEY IGNORE IT, THEY SEND IT TO CREDIT BUREAU TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT AFTER THEY DENY PROPER MEDICAL HELP! THEY USE THE NAME "HOLY CROSS" WHICH IS SACRALIGIOUS!
