Very hard to get through to their office sometimes. Not great at call backs when leaving messages. Edit to add that after Dr. Lindquist chastised me for not taking my new prescriptions he ordered I had to inform him that his staff never sent in the Prior authorization paperwork to my insurance company therefore i couldn't get it filled. He then informed me that one office staff member had been let go recently for diverting drugs and not answering any messages left for the office. Office staff is Very Professional and curtious Dr linquist was Very Professional and answered our questions can not see why so many negative reviews we are very happy with the office and Doctor.
My wife saw Dr. Lindquist at the Lake Mary office today, and I can't stress enough how efficient and professional this office is, from the moment you step in, the front staff is great and the doctor is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this office! A+++
Unfortunately, I am someone with many medical issues and this place secures one of the top most awful practices I've been to. I saw Dr. Lindquist and was very uncomfortable with him alone in the room. He had zero bedside manner. The staff there are also incredibly inefficient and make significant mistakes while processing documentation and sending referrals.
