Calling this place was a horrible experience. Any time you're asking for neurological help, it's a serious issue, but that doesn't stop the receptionist here from being demanding, rude, and disrespectful. These reviews are all correct and the owners/managers need to read these, whoever you have answering the phones is NOT qualified to work in a medical setting that deals with sick patients.
Never call back. I had to go to her office and book an appointment.
The doctor I saw was very good. The receptionists are rude and lazy. That is when they choose to answer the phone. I have called numerous times only to be prompted to leave a message. I have been waiting for a single form to be filled out for my insurance company for a week...
Don't bother calling. No one calls back. Multiple attempts to book an appointment over several months. And not a single call back. If they're not taking patients, they should say so. Wasting everyone's time to leave a message, can't get a live person to ever answer the phone.
