I have had no issues with this Dr or office. Scared me at first bed cause such a low rating.
I have had 0 problems with this office the Dr is great and his assistant is also good my mother has Dementia I have looked for the best care possible and have found it.
Came for an appt in Feb for migraine Botox, was told an order was put in and waited months. Called in March and was assured it was being worked on. Fast forward to the end of May, no order, doctor retires in two weeks. Waited today for an hour to see the doctor, she did nothing and I’m back at square one.
I wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely terrible patient care. Have been waiting a week for an answer regarding different pain medication since what I originally opted for isn't working at all. It took over a week to get that original prescription sent because the MA for the provider I was seeing was out that day and no one else bothered to send it in.
