Not good put us waiting for 2 hours to see the dr and charge a lot as a private pay. They told me 2:40pm we arrived 2:20 and 3:30 pm were still waiting and paid $263 before see the Dr. you call ☎️ nobody answer the phone.
My mother has been a patient of Neurological Medicine in Greenbelt, MD for many years, but unfortunately the level of customer service has declined significantly. My mother suffers from dementia and several other serious health conditions. I’ve had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Maciej Poltorak, he is consistently timely, responsive, and professional, which has made a huge difference in my care. Dr. Poltorak took the time to explain all my test results. He really listened to everything I had to say and was very easy to talk to. I truly appreciate how attentive and approachable he is. If you are in the Greenbelt area and need a good doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Poltorak
every part of my experience here has been unfortunate. I had to reschedule an appointment last minute due to transportation issues, was on hold for 10 minutes, got forwarded to voice mail, left a message, and got a call back 20 minutes later that I had "missed" my appointment.
