I made an appointment at the seal beach location. However they did not disclose that the office is on a gated Senior community and could not get on. And when I tried to call I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The email I got was just the date and address and that someone would contact to confirm and I got nothing. And the fact they have opening all the time is also very concerning. They clearly do no care about patients or communication.
