They made me have a test that wasn't for my condition, I got a second opinion, and I'm very happy now.
Ok I'm editing my review. Finally got a Dr who actually cared and treated me like a person. I didn't leave frustrated and having more questions than answers. Very though and delicate about the situation. Not an NP an actual DR. Dr. Shawn Sedgh. Not sure if that was the difference but demeanor was definitely better. I'm disappointed. I feel like they don't care. Jumped to a conclusion which later saw that it was wrong. I just don't wanna start over somewhere else. Awful and illegal practices. They take my insurance. I have a hospital deductible that doesn’t apply to office visits. I go there after taking off from work and they try to get me to pay out of pocket bc they say my deductible isn’t met. I explain it doesn’t apply and show them proof and they won’t budge. I leave and call my insurance and they confirm my deductible doesn’t apply and say they either were just trying to get more money from me or they’re illegally billing for hospital services.
What a nightmare. There is no direct access to the office, just an overseas call center. So you can't facilitate anything over the phone. They don't call back either. I had an issue during one of the tests and was gaslit when I asked why I could no longer move my arm....he literally told me I couldnt move it when I arrived. WHAT!!??? The office is set up to where you can hear everyone else's appointment. This place is a joke of a doctors office. Besides Dr Eskanazi who I only met once, the other providers here are incompetent and unskilled. I just got a billing letter from THREE YEARS AGO charging me out of network charges ($250) per 3min telehealth call to refill my migraine meds. They told me I was in-network ever since I was a patient, and now they’re demanding $2k for 5 phone calls lol. Ridiculous. Avoid like the plague.
