Dr. McNutt has been my neurologist for the past 8 years. He and Jenny and his EEG tech (Kris) are fantastic! I don't think anyone else in the office is rude. They are just busy! If you have ever been to their office then you know their phones ring off the hook all day. They are the busiest because they have the top neurologists on staff! One of the least professional neurologist offices I have ever been to. My doctor left, leaving me with no care, and their office was nothing but unhelpful. Because my doctor left, they couldn't transfer me to a new doctor in the facility - without a referral from my PCP. So, I got a referral. They then tell me they're not accepting new patients, basically screwing me in my current situation because this is a doctor I HAVE to see.
