Excellent care from a top tier medical staff. Lots of experts there to help and guide us in our medical treatment. Amazing neurology clinic all round.
Rachel Resnick and Dr. McNutt are absolutely amazing! I only needed one doctor to believe me and conduct the tests to investigate. Rachel was this doctor for me. Ultimately, I needed more specialists but they got me where I needed to go. The whole office staff is amazing. They answer the phone every time I call. They have always been willing to lend a hand. What do I expect from their services? My doctor sent a referral to this office 14 weeks ago, and I made an appointment 12 weeks ago. However, when I arrived for my initial visit today, I was informed that I was not listed in their records. Three weeks ago, I called the clinic to confirm my appointment again for today. This experience has made me question whether I can trust this clinic to handle any of my medical issues, given their poor service.
Dr. McNutt has been my neurologist for the past 8 years. He and Jenny and his EEG tech (Kris) are fantastic! I don't think anyone else in the office is rude. They are just busy! If you have ever been to their office then you know their phones ring off the hook all day. They are the busiest because they have the top neurologists on staff!
