My husband has had MS for over 40 years and I have been taking him to see Dr. Reynolds since we moved to Utah 3 1/2 years ago. He was recommended by a friend and we have found him to be just as she described. He listens to our concerns and answers our questions thoughtfully and honestly., and he is willing to talk to other doctors if circumstances require coordination.

I went to have my semi-annual check-up that I have had for 21 years. When I got their I was told Dr. Reynolds would be filling in. Lets just say I had the worst experience I've ever had with a DR. He spent the whole visit asking me questions that if he even opened my medical chart could have gotten the answers for himself. Wouldn't make eye contact. tried to push a drug on me. Then told me he couldn't call in my prescriptions. The worst Dr ever you should avoid him.

He was great in the visit, listened well, said he couldn't find many answers, but some of the scheduling was a nightmare. Getting lab results back took forever, and then on the last lab they never even looked at them after they came in, and didn't look at them before the appointment, and couldn't even find them during it. They also charged us double for an appt that we seen the doc for 15 minutes.

I've been with him for 18 years. In the beginning, he sat down with me and explained my disease when 3 other neurologists just gave me pills and told me to come back in 6 months. Now, I come with a list of questions and, together, we go over them and decide the best course of action. I like to be in charge of my health, and Dr. Reynolds helps me feel that I am. He doesn't 'molly-coddle' me. Yeah, for that! His staff jokes back with me and are easy to work with on the phone.

Crooked Dr! Refused to give me blood work number over the phone without appointment, even thought I already had visit about it, and he said everything was normal. Receptionist told me he found something after looking back through testing, and I needed appointment to discuss it. Went to appointment. He asked why I was there and what I had to share. He did not have info and when confronted about why he refused giving me info without appointment and not having anything to tell me, he left the room.
