Very bad experience I call days before my appointment to inform I would be a little late due to work I actually called to reschedule and was told it would be ok to be a little late my appointment was for 12 I arrived 12:30 and was treated pretty unkind I understand the respect of others time but I was told the account would be noted and I did tell her it would be late so to be treated as I didn’t inform them was way to much for me
Lacey Preston and the whole crew is awesome she is nice and very informative if you need a great neurologist she is the one
ALEXIS BASHINSKI SHAEFER needs to go back to school to learn a bed side manner and/or empathy for patients. My mother went to get a test on her wrist, this girl didn't explain the procedure nor did she say when she was about to start it. So my mother got shocked without notice. She said "oh, I was just distracted because my brother is a pilot and planes just crashed last night" Well, honey, if you're so distraught over that maybe cancel your appointments and stay home!
Office personnel friendly and responsive. Saw Dr.Hughes, he was attentive and explained procedure well. Good first time patient experience.
