Artived at 3:30 for a 4:00 appointment. Waited over an hour past our appointment time. No one came back to check on us and explain why we were still waiting to be seen. We finally left and walking through the office noticed the rooms were all emtpy, and the staff had all left except for 1 person in recreception. I'm sure if we had shown up an hour late we would have not only been told we missed our appointment but would have likely been charged for the time. I guess I am troubled by the 3.1 star review. I was referred here by my Internal Medicine doctor about a year ago. I have always had polite service from check in to check out. No real delays, respectable office wait time. Laci Preston is very informative. She has a great attentive and thorough beside manner. And very proactive on behalf of her patients care. The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I could, I’d give them a ZERO or NEGATIVE TEN RATING! March 4th, these people had me book an appointment, stating that the earliest available appointment wouldn’t be until June 19. This with daily excruciating migraines, dizziness, vertigo, nausea, light and sound sensitivity, etc. June 16 (3 1/2 MONTHS LATER), I get a call, from someone who obviously doesn’t care about anything but a paycheck, to say that they don’t accept the insurance that I researched and changed to because this practi... read more
