Horrible customer service. Waited on hold more than 20 minutes to cancel and appointment and finally hung up. Called back and went to billing and got in on first ring. Shows their priority.
The worst experience ever. I could give 0 stars. They will be nice to you only the first time as a new patient after that no one will care. Unprofessional rude. If you have a question no one will answer it. Forget about calling or sending a message from your portal they will answer after a month and if you call they will transfer you. To a nurse ( Mitchell ) who is always unavailable. Dr. Schaefer is an outstanding physician who has helped me immensely. The nurses and office staff are caring and responsive. Highly recommend this practice.
