I know this has been said many times in reviews for this place, but I'll say it also. If I could give zero stars I would. I was assigned dr hughes. Initial visit went well, we came up with a plan. EEG, MRI, and two referrals. EEG went ok. MRI we had to hound and harass the front desk numerous times just to get them to set it up. We engaged with them at least 5 times to get things done, they never engaged with us at all, except to set up the EEG and MRI (eventually). I am a new patient and extremely happy with my visit at NEUROLOGICAL ASSOCIATES OF AUGUSTA. From start to finish, I felt cared for. The nurse practitioner, JC was friendly and thorough. So much so that I was surprised to know that Dr. Hughes would be coming in shortly. He was as thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The entire visit lasted longer than expected. However, the exam time and discussion time that I received makes up for it. I would strongly recommend this practice after my first experience.
I was referred to this group by my PCP. I was very impressed with my first visit when I was seen by Nassim Nabavi, PA. She took so much time going over the reason for my visit and conducted a very thorough exam. She referred me for some further testing which I was very grateful for. I would very highly recommend this group to anyone needing care from a neurologist. I have been going here for at least a year and I have never had any issues. Everyone is always friendly and I have never had to wait long.
