Not happy... I drove all the way across town for an APPOINTMENT at 10am... After seeing multiple people arrive after me and get called back before me, I left after waiting for 45 minutes without so much as an "apology for the delay" or some explanation as to why I was being ignored. But they sure did demand $60 from me before I could be seen! SOME people have schedules... SOME people have severe social anxiety issues and have to struggle to convince themselves to leave the house...
Thank for putting someone in emergency room for those pills that making people to passing out
If you can go someone other than Dr Hughes do it!! I have walked out twice because he made we wait over 2 hrs. They never refill prescriptions,never return a phone call or answer a message. The front desk is amazing but the care I received before and after a stroke was non existent. I am now done and receiving better care from my primary doctor.
Artived at 3:30 for a 4:00 appointment. Waited over an hour past our appointment time. No one came back to check on us and explain why we were still waiting to be seen. We finally left and walking through the office noticed the rooms were all emtpy, and the staff had all left except for 1 person in recreception. I'm sure if we had shown up an hour late we would have not only been told we missed our appointment but would have likely been charged for the time.
