I don’t often leave reviews, but the interactions I’ve had while attempting to schedule here are truly baffling. I was advised to see a neurologist, and my PCP recommended giving this place a call. They refused to schedule until they had my referral. Totally fine, reached out to my surgeon and podiatrist and got the referral for the neurologist and the script for the testing they wanted and called back. It's on April 5, 2026 they scheduled me neurology test on August 5th 2026, when on July 31st they called me to notify me that they changed me to August 3rd without messages me and called me anything. I have to cancel my appointment I have to work on that day, when I talked to neurology supervisor about it. She said that the August 5th wasn't on the schedule and call me liar that never happened. Had to switch because prior neurologist moved out of state. Couldn't order test in PA. Dr Jake King was great when I saw him. Receptionist are great. Bad experience with another practitioner and management at the office. Thank you for replying to my review with a number to call.

The reason for two stars is NP Heidi (duplicitous in my opinion) and management. Claim they have called me when phone records say otherwise. Tried to clear up concerns with no response for over 5 weeks. Called once a week leaving a message with no return. Either they are calling someone else or no one.
