Had to switch because prior neurologist moved out of state. Couldn't order test in PA. Dr Jake King was great when I saw him. Receptionist are great. Bad experience with another practitioner and management at the office. Thank you for replying to my review with a number to call.

The reason for two stars is NP Heidi (duplicitous in my opinion) and management. Claim they have called me when phone records say otherwise. Tried to clear up concerns with no response for over 5 weeks. Called once a week leaving a message with no return. Either they are calling someone else or no one. Kling Newman great Doctor I recommended ..
It took me a year or so to get in and I have a very complicated situation. But the problem is They never answer the phone or portal when I have questions about change in meds or upcoming procedures and if they do answer its about two words like, “not recommended” after I gave a whole explanation of whats going on and could I have some help in this area or I’m having major side effects can I get off this med asap. I also got an MRI in early Sept and the results (which apparently were not good) did not get looked at until Nove... read more
