My experiences with this group have always been professional and first rate. Bradley Andrew is a wonderful, caring professional who listens to my concerns and addresses issues that I might be having. In addition to being personable, his knowledge is extensive and he shares with me any new information that might help me with my condition. Office people are great as well, friendly and courteous.
I love Bradley Andrew. He takes time with you to answer your questions and address, explains things thoroughly, and remembers what is going on in your life, even if it's not related to neurology. I went to a different neurologist before, and was referred here. I have never had any problems and will keep going back!
Service wise, this is the last place i would go to. I still haven't received my refund (over payment) from them. I am not happy with what they have done and what they are still doing to me. Billing department people never answers their calls. in 6 months of times, i received two call backs which obviously happened when i was busy and when i try to call back, no one answers or responds to my voice message.
