Shawna Scott's neurofeedback treatments are helping me go through my day more level-headed. I mean I feel less likely to fly off the handle and I tolerate frustration better. I have quit grinding my teeth. Ending the bruxism is significant because I have done quite a bit of damage to my mouth over the years, chipping teeth and biting my cheeks and tongue in my sleep.
