I went there for an evaluation and when i booked my appointment they said my insurance would cover it and when i got there I had to sign all kinds of financial papers and give them a credit card to keep on file. The therapist then told me that she was not sure they would cover my visit; so i had to get on the phone with my insurance co. This process took a while and when I finally got in the room; Amanda was very cold and spent 15 minutes with me; rushing through medical questions. We did not get to discuss any issues. This counseling center is only focused on money. I would not trust their word. They told me that a fee was waived and then months later charge me for it while I'm gone on military training. They are difficult to reach and get in contact with and will make any payment issue take days to sort out. It's been a headache working with them and I'm still charged for something I should not be.
I have been working with Amanda Levison of Neurofeedback & Counseling Center of Pennsylvania since March for sever neuropathy in my hands. I am delighted with the progress I am making, There are many days when I am totally pain free. I will continue to work on this issue and others until I am literally told to leave. My two daughters have been seeing Amanda for some time now and they absolutely love her. She has made them feel comfortable and like they are at home. They can't wait to go back.Definitely a great experience for the girls and would recommend her to anybody.
