As always, the people there are super friendly and take great care of my teeth. They are great with my insurance which is huge. They also see all 3 of my kids (ages 9, 8, and 4) so they can handle your entire family.
Love coming here because I know that they make my oral health their priority. Always friendly greeted by Ashley and Sheryl. First-rate cleaning and check and suggesttions by Karin and thorough exam by Dr Kaplan. If any issues arise that need to be addressed, they address it.
Terrific. Excellent cleaning and care. I feel fortunate to have Karen in this role.
Other than the glitch related to dentist being 25 minutes late to arrive for my appointment which was moved by the office all was fine. I suggest better communication. Between scheduler and dentist to be sure he knows what his schedule is to avoid patients sitting around waiting unnecessarily
I have been going to the Center for Advanced Dental for at least 20 years. I found them when I used to live in Newton and through the years, have moved to different parts of the state and even a different state (Rhode Island) and have consistently felt that the level of professional dental service and personalized attention is clearly worth the extra effort to get there. Very thorough, professional, polite, clean & educational! Not only an excellent office, good cleaning etc, but they spend time to make sure you are fully aware of your dental situation. Not just, you have plaque. But, here's a picture of your plaque and this is what it's doing to your teeth and gums, and what to do about it, and how it will be effective. If that is too much... They're awesome, I've never felt better about my teeth and until I met advanced dental my mouth was getting worse. Now it's getting better!
