Overall, my experience was expedient and enjoyable. I showed up, announced I was here for my appointment, took my coat off, and was taken for my cleaning a minute thereafter. I had a lovely conversation with my hygienist LeAnn about days off and Netflix binges while she took some X-rays. After my cleaning, Dr. Soni came by and noticed an issue with the sealant on one of my teeth. Great friendly employees. New young dentist explained very well and was careful and patient. One of the best experience I had at all. In general I am always unsure if everything recommended is needed or if it is more about making money.
I loved the new doctor in that place. He's reall very gentle and kind and so lovely and he knows what he's doing. I was very grateful. I did not feel any pain.
A great dentist if you are very nervous about going to the dentist. It's a relaxed low key environment.
I have been a patient since 1989 I think when Dr. Rosenberg owned the practice. I could easily have changed to a Dentist closer to my home but have not. The hygienist is awesome, Alison, and Dr. Kaplan has done a great job taking care of crowns and other issues. I do not feel they view me as a profit center and force dental work upon me.
