Everyone at the Center is very caring and attentive.
Everyone, from the front desk person to Dr. Kaplan, made an excellent impression during my consultation visit. I have seen and been treated by more than a few dentists over the past 30-plus years, and I believe that, overall, this was perhaps the most pleasant dental office experience I have had as an adult.
As usual, Dr. Kaplan and the team provided excellent dental care. Literally the best dental office I have ever been a patient of.
I was able to quickly get an appointment to see my son's teeth, just to check on whether a root was exposed. The receptionist was warm and accommodating, as was the schedule that day, and Dr. Ford is wonderful, and knowledgeable with children, and both of my sons! Her expectations for care are reasonable, and her skill at addressing needs has been thorough and immediate.
Karen always does a fantastic job! My only quibble is not being told this was my third cleaning and my insurance wouldn't cover it, until AFTER the cleaning was done. I would have rescheduled to January and saved myself $102
as a new patient at this practice the entire 'experience' from the front end office all through the teeth cleaning with a TERRIFIC dental hygienist ms leianne was amazing !
