Excellent - from start to finish!
I was late yesterday for my 6 mth cleaning. They said no problem. My hygienist Karen is so nice and my wife and 5 year old love her. I've been going to Dr Kaplan for 10+ years and the service has been flawless and I've recommended him to many friends. Dentistry is one of those black box items like doctors and auto repairs. Who knows what is really going on in the mouth. When you find one you can trust, it just works. And now, they even have text message appointment confirms. Very cool.
As always, the staff, hygienists and doctors were thorough, friendly, fast and gentle. Thanks for the great check-up!
