As always a fantastic experience with my cleaning. Out of the ordinary, the dr. That was supposed to look AT my teeth/mouth after the cleaning had already stepped out for lunch. So I didnt get that part of my appointment. I'm a little disappointed about that. However, most of my experiences have been really good!!!
I say this every time in my feedback I think...but Allison is my favorite. She does a great job, is really nice, remembers details about me every time...
As a patient for over 10 years I will attest to excellent, personal service. Since the office is not in the network of the Dental insurer which provides my plan, I wish the charges were lower so my copay or balance bill were less; despite this, I continue to use this dentist. I wish the office would join the MetLife network, and I wish the charges were less.
I've entrusted the Center for Advanced Dental Care with my dental health for decades. Dr. Kaplan is personable, professional and always has the latest dental tools/software to get the work done well and painlessly. His staff are highly professional and kind. If you are looking for a great dentist, your search is over.
