On Jan 3 / 2018 at 11:45 I had a doctor's appointment with with doc Kaleem Uddin M,D Neurologist . doc Kaleem was rude, angry ,disrespectful bad mannered doctor I've ever met all my other doctor's are nice ask questions respectful . I reported doctor Kaleem to my insurance I never had s such a bad experience with any doctor in my life. I don't want anybody else to have such a bad experience like I did that day.
