They called me daily to book the home study when my Dr referred me there. I pick up the kit , the piece that clips to my finger was very loose the chest monitor was bulky. I put the stuff on turned it in and they told me the results were inconclusive. Tried to schedule the study at the place, good luck they wanted nothing to do with it. They basically said not to call them they’d call me to schedule when I kept trying to follow up to make an appointment. Top notch and caring clinical staff- highly recommend!
I've had my fair share of sleep studies, but this one was definitely the best! The tech was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience so much smoother. The lab was really comfortable, and I had no trouble finding parking. Overall, it was a great experience!
The most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered, they rescheduled my child's appointment twice which took four months to get just to be told closer to appointment date that they don’t specialize in autism had to bring my kid to Boston instead and waited 3 additional month on top of already waiting because neurocare wanted to waste our time to begin with, Poor management and poor training of staff
