My doctors office was hesitant to give me a referral to this provider and I see why. They didn't reach out to me even a week after my referral. They offered an appointment the same day or a month later. They said I'd have to wait three weeks after a sleep test to make an appointment with my Dr to go over results. I only had someone pick up the phone once when I called. Rest of the time it was hold for 5 or minutes or no call back. Don't give them you money.
My experience was great! I mean, being hooked up to so many wires was not the best, but, I was able to sleep well! The Technician was awesome. I brought my white noise gadget, my blanket and went to sleep!!!
Going again tomorrow for my in home sleep study the machine didn't work right on my first try
My son came here for testing. Nurses were attentive and kind. He said he felt very comfortable even with the wires he slept. Clean bed and bathroom.
Highly recommend the brockton location for a sleep study. Staff is great and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable.
