The front desk assistant is very nonchalant and acts as if she doesn't care about the patient. No one answers the phone, which is her job so I understand that. I felt at ease with the interviewer as she was compassionate and caring. My doctor was Dr. Britt-Thomas and she was great with explaining my results. Excellent service provided by Dr. Hertza and his staff. The communication was top notch! I am very impressed by his willingness to continue to follow up with patients after initial testing too! He was even able to correct an incorrect diagnosis!
My husband's journey with Dr. Hertza is just beginning. He seems personable, professional and involved. We are people of faith! We are believing that with much prayer, family support, and his expertise to see a very blessed and successful outcome!!!
