Olivia was absolutely an angel. I took my 5 year old in who has sensory issues and doesn't let anyone touch his ears but she became his favourite and he let her clean it to perfection. I dont believe anyone else but her could've done this she is so gentle,kind, understanding and patient thank you so much. She really is god sent
