I am horrified by the “service” we received from NVC. The social worker, Rudy, told me me that their day program would be a fit for my son who has a traumatic brain injury. With his recommendation I did the paperwork and other things required for his admittance, I turned in the required documents and then called Rudy three times to talk about the next steps. This place is forcing the elderly to take the booster shot or you can’t return if you don’t. Good thing we have a good lawyer to sue them for violating constitutional rights. Be prepared for a civil lawsuit Leave a message if you want apart of this class action lawsuit
