As a multi-sport athlete, I never thought my lower back pain could be treated. I’ve been to many doctors, physical therapists and done at home therapy, but nothing seemed to fix the problem. Travis and Fili were great. I’ve had chronic elbow tendinitis for over a decade (tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, though I don’t golf or play tennis). I’ve done the traditional anti inflammatory meds and PT with varying but limited success. I found this program worked better (be aware, it’s a little uncomfortable). Their holistic approach and emphasis on getting back to full functionality was refreshing. It’s not cheap but less expensive than traditional physical therapy.
