So i am thankful for Dr. Becker he helped my daughter. However I had a medical emergency taken to hospital by ambulance unconscious and was hit with a 50.00 no show fee because i couldnt call and cancel my daughters apt. because i was unable to. I understand if i missed the apt and was able to call that would be different but the fact i was unconscious the day of doesnt matter and the front desk staff could of cared less what happened and was told that is what the doctor said and obviously he doesnt care either. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Neuro Sensory Center at Dr. Becker’s office, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I’ve had the chance to experience a variety of medical professionals and facilities, but Dr. Becker and his team truly stand out in their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Becker. I was dealing with dizziness and depth perception issues that I had been to countless other specialists to get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Nothing was helping. Dr. Becker helped find the most likely diagnosis (very difficult to be definitive) and I started home web vision therapy and later in clinic therapy with Jeanette (who is amazing by the way!).
