I went to see Dr Vikas Verma yesterday .He gave me 30 seconds of his time . Didn’t do anything to my pain in knees. He explained and gave lecture about his own knee pain to me . No relief medication or injections! I was wondering why I went there ? I told his secretary I don’t need consultations because I know my knees they had my X-rays. And I need cure for my severe pain in my knees - she said don’t worry come. Doctor will give you injections & she said We are a pain management company . He knows. The staff in jericho and Fresh meadows are very sweet, patient caring , understanding and helpful and on too of my referrals for me. There can be a wait sometimes...CAN BE but not always..... i mean if there is no wait.... are they even good? id wait 8 hours if i had to just to see him he is worth it !!! If you want someone who is intelligent and doesn't sugar coat things for you but attacks the issues head on with multiple solutions then he is for you!!!!! I have never experince like this in my life .. worst experince of life with the doctor and the team.. ZERO professnalism ZERO communication with his patient.not sending reports..for refills or alternative medicationhe he wants to make an appointment. Simple he just want you to make an appointment for everything thats not necessary.. receptionist doesn’t know his and her team schedule even..I will never recommend this doctor and place to anyone.
