Saw Dr Chris Thiagarajah yesterday. He is a great surgeon I am sure, and has all his degrees and certificates. However, degrees and certificates do not make you automatically have empathy for your patients. I was self pay and he spent less than 8 minutes with me. I had a unique past surgery that has changed my life, was having a tough day, and I was hoping for a doc that could give me some time to find a solution.
