Spoke with a lady named Helen. She was extremely rude, wouldnt help me schedule an appointment we had an authorzation for with the number and address of this location. She told me "I am getting really pissed about you calling here", refused to transfer me to someone else. I was not being rude to her, just confused why she was refusing to schedule the appointment. I will definitely will be reporting this to the BBB.
