If I could give 0/5 stars I would! I have tried for a week to get into contact with the Neuro Behavioral Health office to schedule a two month follow up. I have left multiple messages and call daily because my necessary medications will run out without refill next week. I even had my pharmacy try to contact their office but no luck. Thankfully, I have made an appointment with my GP and will get better medication care. My therapist recommended their office as most places have an 8-week wait. Oh. Oh. I've had the same difficulty. I was referred by my Primary and have been trying for 3 days and multiple messages just to get an appointment July 22, 2020 because I couldn't find another opportunity to update my review. It has not gotten any better. I feel as though they're throwing pills like spaghetti on to the refrigerator - "let's see what sticks" I have been the one to request various medication and/or dosage change. Staff is nice but would NOT recommend to anyone. Very poor communication and medication care.
