Very positive. I felt as if my concerns were heard and felt to be a partner in any decisions.
They refuse to render services to my child after he was approved. Had me waste 4 hours one day and then another 3 another day to deny service with no explanation and then put it on text that my child was discharged. I had done my best to work hand in hand with this office and the outcome was none. Zero care and zero professionalism from those in this office. I provided times I was available to set up a meeting and no one showed up. Thank you but no thank you.
